This merger brings together the strengths of both companies: Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) from Accuhealth and Chronic Care Management (CCM) from Signallamp Health. By integrating real-time patient data, AI-powered insights, and proactive care management, Tellihealth enhances healthcare accessibility and effectiveness.
At Tellihealth, our mission is to intelligently and proactively manage patients in the comfort of their homes, aiming to reduce unnecessary hospital visits and enhance chronic condition management.
